Blacksmith Old Town Apartments

Great location but not worth it for the bars surrounding and below the property.

There was music from everywhere all night until 7am. It was absolutely unbearable. It was like sleeping in a nightclub with the noise and the base vibration, I’ve never experienced anything so awful. You also can’t open the windows as the door to the flats is also a door to a bar, which everyone smokes outside of. So we ended up sleeping in a rave with no air circulation. There was only one tiny pillow on the bed, so we had to get more dropped off the next day really quickly. The towels were also really bad quality and you only got one hand towel. There wasn’t even a bar of soap in the room either; which was really disappointing.

super easy to check in and out. very cool interior and comfy room.

The street is one of the main party streets which I forgot about and it was very very noisy on Fri and Sat. + the place across the street has a huge sign with very bright lights turned on 24/7. I can sleep in any light but anyone who's sensitive to noise and light might want to rethink this location.

No sugar for tea and coffee, no washing powder for washing machine. Lights coming in from street made it hard to sleep, even with blackout curtains it didn’t block light.

Great location and rooms were very spacious.

The bed was a little hard, but that was a personal preference.

The apartment we stayed in was large and extremely well located in Old Town. Katya was great in all of her communications with us after booking and when we arrived, and was there to meet us at the door and give us the run-down on everything. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again if our travels bring us back to Tallinn.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Das Apartment war toll. Sehr geräumig, tolle Ausstattung, sauber. Die Lage ist super - mitten in der Altstadt. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war prima. Zugang über Codes hat perfekt geklappt.

Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass Samstag lange gefeiert wurde und es sehr laut war bis 5 Uhr. Die Nacht am Sonntag war dagegen herrlich ruhig.

Would be nice if they provided shower soap but otherwise everything was good.

Posizione centralissima, che permette di raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi turistici più importanti. L'appartamento era pulito ed accogliente, si accede facilmente tramite codice e quindi non c'è il problema di dimenticarsi le chiavi. Abbiamo riscontrato un piccolo problema con il lavandino del bagno al nostro arrivo e l'host è stato super reattivo ed hanno mandato qualcuno a sistemare il problema la mattina seguente.

L'insegna del bar di fronte alla nostra camera era accesa tutta la notte e nonostante le tende scure un po' passava comunque. Magari sarebbe utile avere delle tende più ampie in modo da limitare la lice che passa dai lati.

1) Super location. 2) The design of the stairs at the entrance, and the apartment itself. 3) Access by code (no keys). 4) Oil heater (otherwise it would be cold).

1) Lack of shampoo and gel. 2) The toilet sink is too small. 3) A broken chair (one of the legs is shorter than the others) - it is impossible to sit. Bonus: On the last night, the ceiling leaked (water began to drip from the ceiling).
