Avoid!!! Ad was made to mislead people. I was looking for a place with a short distance to the beach and terrace or balcony to sit and relax. Ad was saying its only a few minutes walk to the bach (i clicked on the map just so i could see where it is and if its for real that it will be close to the beach, looked close). After i booked I asked them if they could do something about it as its not what it supposed to be and ive been told they will help me to find different place, then told me to cancel if i want as they can't do it on their side. They knew i won't get refund as their policy wont allow refund for any reason but were blaming Expidia for not allowing them to do that. Ive paid almost £150 online then i had to pay another £50 at the property , i end up paying almost £100. Of course ive been told Expedia is at fault for giving me incorrect amount. As they promised day before to change property as i arrived the next day they have said sorry we can't do it if you want you can just cancel (without refund) and go and find somewhere else. We were tired and just wanted to finally have somewhere to stay. When we got there disappointment reached our limit! Pictures was showing nice and big terrace, after we got there we found out that this is not ours and we are going to stay in the basement!!!! The stink of mould was so bad! Lady said oh well all basement flats stink of mould , its normal. They offered replacement for additional fee (send me picture of the beach). Shame!!!!
