Lagunen Apartments

Close to the motorway so easy to get to the airport, parking, clean and spacious with two bathrooms. Picked up when we called late (see below)

Unfortunately there was either one bat which came through the fireplace and managed to escape into the flat or multiple bats

Spacious apartment, good parking, very close to Lightrail into Bergen center.

Did not receive keycode access number until after my requested checkin time; I had to ask for it twice. TV not operational.

The place is lavish, clean with ample space and amenities.

Well, small issues that could have been fixed: 1) Balcony door lock not working, big security issue, 2) Jacuzzi had leakage, biggest frustration, 3) Reached after 8 PM, but still had to wait for 20 min as the cleaner was inside :(

It had beds and fridge and warm water just in the shower

First off all the beds where really hard the internet was shit the owner didn’t give a danm about us we called him he couldn’t give a shit. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. The beds broke my back check out was early and I dident like it. It was very dirty, we found a nasty packet of half open chips in the cupboard in the kitchen, the jakuzi didn’t either work. No hot water for the tub. It was a lot of dust in the rooms, and the floor was very very nasty, we had to change socks three times, and we had children with us. We are very disappointed. The light in one of the rooms didn’t even work, the oven was shit too. We were cooking bacon for over half an hour, we had to wash everything twice just to be sure that we wouldn’t be sick. There were products of previous guests in the shower, the shower was disgusting. The smallest bathroom was weird cuz we went to the bathroom do give a shit and it smelled like an outside toilet from the 50s. Wouldn’t recommend going to the bathroom. There was a packet of spaghetti that was outdated and we couldn’t trust that shit. We bought our own food. There was no coffee or anything that showed care from the owner. The owner didn’t even know how to speak English, or communicate. We called and the owner hung up many times, we had problems with the internet so the whole stay we didn’t have no shit internet. There was no kitchen paper so we had to use toilet paper to dry the cutlery and the pans. We tried to have a family glimpse to see the sunset but outside where we parked the car, but that was impossible cuz it was a lot garbage on the terrace.

The gentleman who helped us was helpful and always promptly answered our calls requesting support. We all appreaciated that the gentleman and one lady came to organize the beds with clean sheets for us, even late.

The full appartament could be 100% clean and organized when we got there (around 19h) tired with two kids. It was not prepared and cleaned between one host and the other.

Parking

Had to wait for an hour after arriving at apartment to get the key box code. Even after messaging and calls. No apology either. Kitchen window is broken and therefore the apartment is the same temperature as outside with a constant draft. Had the whack the heaters up which meant having vastly different temperatures as you moved around the apartment. Notified the owner on arrival - still waiting for a reply. Should be some kind of refund as not fit for purpose. The apartment is tired throughout too.
