City Apartments Siegburg

Das Appartement verfügt über eine kleine Terrasse/Balkon und man hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf grüne Bäume und Pflanzen.

The stay was fine, except that there were works (drilling) happening within the building during my stay. On Friday morning at 8am two men started working right in front of my window fixing some kind of roof. They could look straight into my room and there was no privacy at all. I had to ask them to stop working so I could have a shower and get dressed.

Or proximity to the train station

2 small issues. The mattress was very soft and the hot water was not as hot as it could be. Unfortunately the construction on the walls started early but that is no fault of the property

Relatively quiet once in the apartment. High ceilings, comfortable bathroom and good size desk.

In an apartment, one can expect a small kitchen with cups, plates, and cutlery. Only a refrigerator next to one´s bed is a bit of a disturbance, as the refrigerator keeps cooling itself continuously. There was no facility to prepare a snack or morning toast.

Location is close to parking house, self service like Airbnb apartment, clean, no smell, nice shower, tall ceiling. Can’t hear the neighbours talking.

Creaking floor in the apartment and from the above neighbour, slightly uninsulated noise of toilet flushing from upstairs, slightly broken wardrobe and no door handle dampener which causes noise when it hit the wall next to it if not careful, soft bed that slump down so easy to get backache for a backsleeper. Little spiders at the ceiling and at the bathroom window.
