Having a Blast

We like the location and that it had the space we were looking for to accommodate our large group but I’m afraid that’s where it ends.

1. It was very dirty upon arrival. They then sent a person who didn’t speak English to clean but we were not able to tell them what needed to be cleaned as again they didn’t speak English. 2. Everything was old and ran down and nothing like the pictures on the website. Reasons we booked were not honored. 3. Because it was so dirty everyone with allergies suffered. Dust covered everything thing and there was mold in the showers. 4. The beds were so uncomfortable and they wouldn’t do anything about it. 5. There are better options for this area. Stay away from Jackson Mountain Rentals

Beautiful cabin with beautiful views. Guest services was very helpful. Overall a nice place to stay.

The door wouldn't latch without actually deadbolting the top. The ac was not very cool during the warmer weather. Front bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. The tub plugs did not work. During our stay, we had an unexpected emergency the night before departure. Our truck broke down in Gatlinburg. I requested a later check out to have time to fix the problem so our kids would have a safe place to stay while the truck was being serviced. I understand strict policies; however, kindness and compassion goes a long way.
