There is no staff member to welcome you and my room had a waft of sewage smell. There is no separation between the shower and the bathroom which are small.
GBWARNING: SEVERE HYGIENE ISSUES Serious hygiene and health problems. There were cockroaches everywhere, including on the floor and in the bed during the night, making it impossible to sleep. This alone makes the accommodation unacceptable. The toilet was completely unusable. Every time it was flushed, the water rose and overflowed onto the bathroom floor. We could not use the toilet at all and were forced to leave the building and walk to nearby stations and restaurants. This went on for days and was extremely unhygienic and stressful.
The room was not properly cleaned. The bin hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest, the bed sheets were used and dirty. there were only face towels and no shower towels, and there was never anyone at reception. We paid extra for a double room with a double bed, but were given bunk beds. We checked all of the empty rooms and none of them had a double bed as they advise.
