Very good for what we needed

It would be nice if you had a seat outside as lovely and sunny and would have able to sit outside

For me personally the room has everything I require and the free parking is a bonus. I also like that the rooms are detached from main building.

We travelled up from County Durham so just under a 6 hour drive as my husband had exams nearby for two days so I brought my laptop with me to do work from the room on one of the days. Excellent WiFi connection with no problems. Everything you needed in the room - hairdryer, iron, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. Even shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Excellent value for money- only £121 for a 2 night stay. And there is a Tesco right next door which was handy.

Only minor negative I would say is that I think that checkout at 10am is a little too early. Would have been perfect if it was 12 noon.

It’s mint I’m an offshore worker travelling from this side of the airport didn’t know it was here I will be booking every month well in advance

Great place to stay if you want to be self sufficient.

Have to check-in across at the main hotel and then drop keys off when departing. When I depart, the doors are normally locked to the hotel

Looked it up for places near teco on paper it looked really nice so I booked it wasn’t disappointed INFACT it was better than on paper lovely wee place definitely would go back recommend it to anyone !!!

The room was clean and tidy

The checkin process wasn't clear at all, i got to the building and ended up having to call the number provided with the booking, only to find i had to go to a local hotel to get the key, this should be made clearer at the time of booking as it wasnt. Also while the rooms were clean and tidy and well presented there was a black screwhole in the wall next to the bed where the plaster had come off, not only that but the bed its self was quite hard, presented well yes, but not very comfortable, due to all of the above i dont foresee myself staying there again, while it is 10 to 20 pounds cheaper than a hotel, the extra 10 or 20 pounds for a hotel would be worth it for less hassle. I also asked for a taxi to be booked for the morning to take me where i needed to go, but i got to the hotel and the booking wasn't made, the manager was kind enough to give me a lift in his car, but the taxi booking and confirmation could be better also.
