Clean and the breakfast was great

Room smelled of cigarretes and stuffy Toilet was blocked and then leaking Water all over the floor when flushing Everything was smelling cigatteres even the bed and the bathroom, it was just horrible, and it was very late for me to leave. I asked to be changed and was told there are no rooms available. No value for money!!

Wifi Internet connection kept on dropping

Awful experience. The whole Standerton's water was off, the hotel did not have any backup water supply as the main JoJo tank was empty. Later on I was informed that there is a temporary JoJo tank with only 250L water but will not be enough for the 8 units. I had to contact another guesthouse and book there for the night. I was not informed about the water situation upon check in, which is unprofessional and caused a lack of trust towards the hotel.
