Sea Shell Palms, Ocho Rios

The stay was great but most of all the security guard at the gate was very professional his customer service was exceptional he was the one that assisted with everything

I liked the room and the amenities.

I didn't like the bed.

Food was excellent friendliness and helpfulness of staff was excellent only 10 mins from the center of ocho rios if you want to be away from the hustle of the city this is the place clean quiet safe no one bothering you I enjoyed my stay 24 hr security only thing missing was not being on the beach but it’s only mins away

I did not enjoy the breakfast being brought to our rooms in a Styrofoam container. I think it would be more appropriate if there were a dining area where we could go to collect the breakfast and have it there.

This hotel does not have a card machine and we were not informed beforehand. Fortunately, we were able after a very long time, while we were tired, hungry and stressed, to make the payment via paypal, otherwise we would have had to go back to Ocho Rios to find an ATM machine to get cash. Also we were not informed that we had to make a security deposit in cash. Though it's buried somewhere in the conditions of the hotel, it would have been more appropriate if this were stated upfront in the costs sent by booking.com.

Sköna sängar, kuddar, fräscht på rummet. Bra frukost som ingår: omelett och pannkakor. Mjölk till kaffet får man köpa själv. 100 meter till mataffärer och huvudgatan med lokal ”shared taxis” och en glassbar som är ett måste att besöka. Finns också en lokal restaurang. Jätte trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Pool!

För lite kaffe. Ett skämt, allt var toppen på detta boende och ville jag ha mer kaffe så kom personalen med det!

As two young females going to have a night out. We felt very safe due to the level of security given and communication. Damien and his coworker were very thoughtful and ensured the room was comfortable with AC on and that we were connected to Wi-Fi. The breakfast was delicious and very filling . The Manager on the day was welcoming and a little flexible with us which we really appreciated , the cleaning Lady does a fantastic job and we believe she is definitely an attribute to your company. Additionally we really appreciate the night staff Damien & co worker (I think that’s his name) due to them looking out for our safety at a night out. We look forward to coming again soon thank you from Miss White.

Good place to stay, the pool is big and nice. I enjoyed the breakfasts and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I like that the facility was clean, the customer service from the staff was good and really like the fact that they had a wide range of breakfast options to chose from which honestly not bad
