The property is a little dated. The ceilings in our room were damaged the remote didn't really work for the TV and the most annoying thing was coming in after being out in the heat all day expecting to take a shower and the water is off until 5:30 am

The environment was pristine and tranquil, featuring an exquisite outdoor pool( looked at from balconydue to renovation). The daily breakfast delivery service was highly appreciated; however, a broader selection of continental options, beyond the omelet, would enhance the offering. Our group also suggested the inclusion of porridge as an additional breakfast choice.

Regrettably, the week was not entirely satisfactory due to ongoing renovations throughout the seven-day period, which disrupted our rest. Additionally, the presence of multiple workers by the pool area was a contributing factor. While we acknowledge the necessity of these works for facility upgrades, we believe they could have been scheduled at a more opportune time. Furthermore, timely communication regarding these disruptions, rather than being merely advised to avoid the pool due to ongoing work, would have been greatly appreciated. The sofas are also outdated and sank when being used at times was difficult for my mum to get up, often used beds to be seated due to this discomfort.

I booked this stay as a Mother's Day surprise for my mom, and it exceeded expectations. The room was beautifully decorated, making her feel special from the moment we arrived. The space was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with a calm atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the entire experience was memorable. My mom loved it, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to create meaningful moments.
