La atención, la dimensión de la habitación, y la limpieza.

Que no había mucha cosa alrededor. Y que faltaría una pequeña nevera en la habitación, sería fantástico!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming .

Although there are mild issues like. Sometimes there are water interruptions. the water flow is very weak and the shower area by the pool smells a little awful which is a bit off for us because we have kids .The aircon is fine but i thinked it needs to be cleaned because there are times the airflow becomes not so cold anymore.. It would also be nice if there was a fridge in the room. Overall it's okay, especially the staff are kind and accommodating.

We headed to Skytel via taxi from the airport late at night. They accommodated us nicely. Very spacious room.

One time the aircon was not getting the room cool enough. We need to request for 2 fans

The location is close to the shopping center. Friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are poorly maintained, hot water is sometimes available, sometimes not. The pool is not clean at all and poorly maintained. The rooms are not cleaned unless you ask, and the beds are uncomfortable.
