Skytel Palawan

Friendly staff. The cats on the premises made our stay a bit enjoyable. Extended our stay by one night because I was a bit ill and wanted to rest up before heading south.

It was the chef's day off on our first full day. The next day, he came to work, but seemed eager to leave early. His last call for the kitchen seemed early and it felt like the restaurant was closing before the advertised time.

Arrival from the airport we decide to booked here for an overnight stay, from the pictures of Booking.com is what you see is what you get. Spacious rooms, fast customer service. Breakfast is not included. But you can order it there. They have pool we also enjoyed. The place is like a Greece place so they have murals of Zues and Here greek gods. One thingnis the plugs might have more for customers to charges their gadgets.

The staff was very friendly and quickly helped us to solve the problems. The hotel has its own restaurant which is a plus. It is located close to the bus terminal which allows you to travel further into the island.

Both the tap and wc got stuck after only a few uses. The gap underneath the door could be better protected too (covered/sprayed?) - when we arrived, we had a quite large spider in the room.

One of the best hotels that I've used for both leisure and business with my family. The staff were great, attentive, provides and excels with customer service. The property itself is well maintained and provides the "Mykanos" vibe. Would definitely use this property again once I visit Palawan.

Not that I didn't like but more on something to look into - a covered pathway from the main road going to the property. This would help the guests to walk in shade from the heat and rain.
