Oda biraz daha büyük olsa çocuklu insanlar sığamıyor

oda boyutları çok ufak ancak kullanışlı, temiz, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve kibar. Yemek kalitesi yüksek, konum olarak restaurant cafe ve barlara çok yakın. genelde öğrencilerin zaman geçirdiği mekanların yanıbaşında.bu sebeple gece geç saatlere kadar çok canlı ancak bu sebeple gürültü düzeyi yüksek.

Resmen banyoda yattık. Duşun buharından odada nefes alınmıyordu. Pencereler açolmıyor ve alan da çok dar.

Konum itibariyle mükemmel olmakla birlikte otopark sorunu yaşanmayan, resepsiyon ve restorangörevlilerinin mütevazi yaklaşımları, empati yapabilme özelliği gelişmiş bir firma sunumunda keyifli bir otel hizmeti, teşekkürler Trio suit

Personel ilgili, kahvaltı orta, kahvaltı salonu soğuk, oda temiz.

On my first visit to Bursa, which I stayed 3 days-2 nights I choose to stay in this hotel due to the fact that it looked very nice and clean, well-designed, and somewhat central. I can happily say that my stay was more than perfect and I really look forward coming back to this hotel. Firstly, the rooms looked bigger than they were in the pictures, were very very clean, and the amenities offered were perfectly fine; coffee/tea station, tv, ac; the shower separated from the toilet was very efficient. The bed was very comfortable and large, but pillows were not at all. The sound proofing of the rooms were not that great. But I truly wanted to spend more time in the room. Secondly, the staff were very very nice. Available at all hours in which I called them, very kind and accommodating in general. The hotel is about 20-30 mins in driving distance from central Bursa, but that made the prices very very affordable for the quality of it. I didn't want to stay in the city center due to the chaotic nature and crowdedness of it. This was the prefect choice. Plus the drive to the hotel made me see more of the city. The best part of this hotel for us was the fact that it's situated in a mall where there was a grocery store, beauty store, open/closed free parking, gym, bunch of really good food options. I recommend trying Yusuf Köfte strongly if you're staying here. But the hotel's breakfast-for-2 is also very rich and delicious. Overall, I can't wait to go back.

Bir ay içinde 2 kez bu otelde konakladım, küçük bir avm içinde bulunuyor. Konfor temizlik olarak fiyatına göre gayet uygun.

Daha önceki konaklamalarımda daha memnun kaldım. Tuvalette bir takım yerlerde lekeler vardı. TV yayını yoktu. Lobiyi defalarca aradıktan sonra yurt tarafı telefonu açtı. Niye telefon buraya geldi diye bana sordu. Neyse tv yarım sonra düzeldi. İkram için olan Kahve 1 paket vardı. Çay zaten yoktu. 2 sefer resepsiyonu aradıktan yarım saat sonra getirdiler. Normalde konforu yeterli temiz ve ikramı sorunsuz bir yerdi.
