Good location.

House was dirty when we got there. Lots of things were broken. Back door to pool would not lock (they had to come and change this) blinds downstairs all broken and twisted. The covering on one of the chairs was coming off. It really wasn’t up to the standard I thought it would be. The carpet was dirty when we got there visible debris on it. My son cut his foot in the bedroom on a bit of broken glass. I did contact them about the dirt and broken items and they said take pictures so you don’t get charged a damage fee. Nothing about cleaning it or no apology about the dirt. They fixed the back door supplied a new toaster as that was broken also and left chair covers inside the door that I had to put in the chair myself. They take a $400 damage deposit from you two days before you arrive. They kept telling me to email credit card pictures but the email was a no reply email. I asked several times for an email I could send it to with no answer. Before I was traveling on a 10 hour flight I messaged to say I emailed it to the email on their website as I didn’t know what to do. When I got to the America I had several emails saying it would be cancelled and I would not get any money back. I was extremely worried and it was very stressful. Very poor communication. My husband left a power bank plugged in in the kitchen and we forgot it. The cleaners said they didn’t find it. Very disloyal. I would not stay here again.

Everything was easy, convinient and safe. The house was well equipped. The location was easy access to restaurants, groceries, stores and entertainment

The only thing we all agreed was the pillows. The pillows where too hard and thick woke up with neck pains the 1st night. I was able to find an extra soft pillow in the closet but i think you should have it in every room for all guest that prefer soft pillows.

we paid extra for the pool heater and it never worked. A manager came to the townhouse at 2 pm and measure the temperature of the pool the following day, she said is fine because it was at 88. It was obvious to be at 88 because of the sun but at the night, the water was very cold and no staff came to measure the temperature. Also, the pool light was not working. I paid extra for the heater and because it didn’t work, I request a refund that was never processed. I am very disappointed with the staff because if a service is not provided properly, the customer should not be a charged for it. I will never rent again with the administrator Wonder Vacation Homes. By the way, my family and I loved this complex, this was our 3rd time in 3 month. I am renting again next week in the same area but with another administrator.
