Appartamenti S'abba e Sa Pedra

Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wunderschön, aber das war es auch schon was uns gefallen hat.

Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen. Die Fotos auf der Homepage sind irreführend! Das Haus ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen, es muss dringend renoviert werden! Es sind tatsächlich nur absolute Basics in der Wohnung vorhanden. Nichts darüber hinaus. Der Pool befindet sich 5 min entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist für 4 Personen. Sonnenliegen gibt es 2. Man hat es innerhalb von 10 Tagen nicht geschafft, eine 3. Sonnenliege bereitzustellen. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung. Das Vermittlungsbüro sowie der Hausmeister sind extrem unfreundlich. Ich kann von dieser Unterkunft nur abraten! Die Wohnung entspricht in keinster Weise einem gerechten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Trotz der schönen Aussicht, rate ich von einer Buchung ab.

La ubicación del complejo es buena.

Las fotos venden que el apartamento está delante de una piscina y las fotos te llevan a una estafa ya que el apartamento está en la parte superior del complejo residencial sin vistas para absolutamente nada y para llegar a la piscina, que es compartida por todo el complejo, llevas un 5min caminando. El anuncio habla de apartamento con piscina y parece que la piscina es privada del apartamento cuando la verdad la piscina es comunitaria así que el anuncio debería mencionarlo así "Apartment in S'Abba e Sa Pedra inside a compound that has a community pool available for all". El precio es demasiado caro para un apartamento sin vistas ninguna. Cuándo reclamamos a la inmobiliaria no hicieron nada, diciendo que sentían mucho pero no podían hacer nada. No vale la pena. Estábamos con personas mayores con dificultades de movilidad y tampoco sale en las fotos del anuncio que para llegar al apartamento hay que subir una escalera de piedra con más de 6 escalones súper incômodos.

Spacious property with parking spot directly outside. Beautiful grounds with fantastic views and lovely quiet beach.

Perhaps consider buying some pillows that are less firm.

It's a really nice apartment building in a great spot. The rooms are laid out well, and there are even two bathrooms! The kitchen has everything you need (except a garlic press and a cheese grater).

The furniture in the living room and on the patio is really old and worn out. The cushions on the seats are all flat. The outdoor table is all warped from the moisture, so you can't even put a drink on it without it tipping over. And all the chairs are super low to the ground, so it's not comfortable to sit in at all.

Very nice apartment, clean and convenient, nicely furnished, good condition. The view from the two (!) terraces was amazing. Since it's a bit up on a hill, there is a nice cooling breeze. Has all the equipment needed. If you have a car (you probably should here, otherwise you're quite limited), you have easy access to a large number of beautiful beaches. Some quiet beaches accessible by footpath from the apartment. The pool was very nice, clean, great for children, great view. Check in worked well, agency responds quickly.

Although it was very nice, there were some minor nitpicks, so it wasn't quite the level of comfort we expected for this price. Pool and beach are a bit farther away than expected (apartment was at the very farthest point of the complex). No mosquito screens, so couldn't open the windows at night (lots of mosquitos). Using the outside water tap floods the whole terrace because the drain is at the opposite end. Kitchen has no working surfaces and no decent cutting knives. A lot of instructions on how to sort and take out the garbage, but the communal garbage area was a stinking mess. To sum up, some minor inconveniences, nothing that would ruin a stay, but perhaps a bit overpriced - to be fair, this is generally an expensive location.
