Great place. Location is excellent. They need new mattress.

Second time staying here. Would stay again. When you factor in reasonable rates and location, it’s a great place to stay in Cruz Bay and hard to beat. Only a few minute walk to taxi stand and downtown bars/restaurants, so no need to rent a vehicle while staying here. I’d take taxi to beaches each day and not have to worry about finding parking. As others have said, rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Restaurant and small bar on site, and Provisions next door and Dolphin Market around corner. Really good breakfast, and dinner was great when I’ve had it here before. Fridge in room. Beach chairs and coolers provided for day at beach and bar will provide ice for cooler. Remember - no glass permitted on beaches, so buy cans if you plan to take some brews to beach. Good selection of adult beverages at nearby Dolphin Market. Only “drawback” is there are several roosters in close proximity who enjoy practicing their vocals come 4:00am or so, but that’s the same as in many other places I’ve stayed in USVI’s and BVI’s! Free entertainment is how I see it! :)

Another wonderful stay! The manager Stephanie is AWESOME!!! So accommodating and responsive with messages. Every year I stay at the Tamarind Inn. It’s a really great price, budget friendly especially for solo travelers and probably the least expensive price on St. John. And their outdoor restaurant was wonderful. Great good, nice portions, quick service and the best prices on the Island.

Woken up every morning by a rooster outside our door. They did provide ear plugs. Also new construction going on across the street adds to noise. Not their fault but.

This was the perfect spot for our vacation. We walked into town every day and had delicious meals on site at the restaurant. Christina was the best and went above and beyond at making us feel at home! The chefs Christin and Jason are so talented and we ate some of the best food on the island there! We loved the staff!!! The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Property is a walkable distance to shops and restaurants. There’s even a restaurant on property which is convenient. It was nice that they had beach chairs and noodles available for people to take and return. Bathroom was a little dated. Great customer service throughout. Check in and check out process was convenient and efficient.
