The accommodation, position and friendliness of staff were amazing. Facilities were clean and pretty. Bath was beautiful and cottage was warm with electric blanket and fireplace. Kitchenette was well appointed and living area was modern very comfortable, as were bedroom and bathroom.

Water flow and temperature of water in the shower wasn't good

Perfect location. Private, cozy, clean. Privacy observed 100%. Facility has provided all necessary items needed especially for preparing meals.

I think the warning messages are a bit too much, on the fridge, in the bathrooms. I wish the messages could be consolidated onto 1 specific location.

The location was ideal, just a few meters into town, and a nice walk to lovely restaurants too! Unit 1 was very comfortable, especially for a couple, with everything that is required for a self-catering unit, including a lovely braai area outside overlooking the mountains. The touch of coffee and milk was special. The shower bath was a special touch to add value to the unit and relaxation after a hike. The owner is wonderful in responding to messages via what's app during our stay. We thrilling enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Nothing, really. The place was beautiful. The only thing that will say was that the housekeeper arrived before we were checked out , and the check out time is at 10 am only. Nothing too serious as we just informed her we were still packing and will be out by 10am. :-)
