Tv was small and corridor a little noisy with doors closing

Great location, clean and tidy

Mattress was slightly lumpy but otherwise comfortable. Bathroom was along the corridor.

Location was good -- there weren't many options in Peebles, but this was reasonable cost-wise, and we considered it -- and what we found was much nicer and more comfortable than I expected. Lovely comfortable room, accomodating host (we had to arrive early for a video call (wifi was great)).

Really in nearly every way, I liked our stay here, and would gladly come again! The pub below was closed, but that made it quiet, and there were other places to go within a short walking distance.
