Oporto Serviced Apartments - Alvares Cabral

Alles, ohne Ausnahmen, war fabulous! Die Wohnung geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, warm, trotz niedriger Temperaturen draußen, alles perfekt. Sehr einfache Schlüssel Übergabe ( durch den Code beim Eingang). Wir durften sogar vier Stunden früher in die Wohnung rein, was uns den Tag nach der Landung mit großen Rucksäcken gerettet hat. Die Lage auch gut - ca. 20 Fußgehminuten von Innenstadt.

Appartamento molto carino, moderno e ben tenuto. Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti dalla metro ma anche a un 15 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Non c’è un riscaldamento vero e proprio, ma solo delle stufine e dei mini termosifoni. Per questo motivo la casa si fredda subito

Floor plan, maid service if you wish. We didn’t use it and left our “Do not disturb” hanger on the door 24 hrs to make sure no one came in at any time. We were able to get free additional coffee pods during our 11 night stay.

In the beginning the communication was bad. They had given us 2 different addresses to pick up the key. When we wanted to clarify which address to go to so we can pickup the key there was zero response. It was dark raining and cold. It was difficult to find. We found an address, but quickly realized that we were in the wrong building, but at least we were out of the rain and cold. My husband then preceded to find the correct place, which he did. Open the door to the apt, left his umbrella there and came back for me. If you don’t like stairs then this might not be the place for you. It’s 2 flights up on a spiral staircase not covered. When we return to the apartment we couldn’t open the door with our key card. So now here we are standing in the rain, cold and windy on the top level that is not covered. My husband tried calling earlier when we couldn’t find the place, but no answer. I then called and thankfully someone answered and she said it must be the battery and she would send someone right over from a short block away. We waited @ least 15-20 mins outside in the rain, windy weather. A young man finally arrived very nice and started to take the door mechanism apart. It is now 7:15, we arrived to the apartment around 5:45. Even though they knew it was a battery issue, he didn’t bring new batteries with him. So now we have a door that we can’t close and or leave, it took him another 15-20 mins before he came back to finally finish up. We didn’t get out to eat dinner until 8:00 or so. We had to scramble to find a place to eat close by. 2) Not close to center, I’m not sure how they calculated .6 miles. The center is more like 1.2 miles. We like to walk so we were ok with it, but I picked the place to be close to the center. 3) The apartment was freezing. The next day we went to their main reception which was about 5min walk to ask for an electric heater. Which we got :) 4) We planned on cooking, but the electric stove didn’t work properly.

Gute Lage, 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt, Größe des Apartments, Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof.

Spiegel über dem Waschbecken hat gefehlt. Einchecken war etwas schwierig, da die Rezeption in einem Hotel, ca. 300 Meter entfernt untergebracht ist. Tiefgarage ist mit einem SUV eine Herausforderung.

Appartement Ribeira. L'emplacement, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel du restaurant (la réception se fait au restaurant, à 300m de l'appartement), la propreté, l'espace dans l'appartement, les serviettes, le gel douche et les draps fournis, ainsi que des dosettes nespresso et du thé. Le petit-déjeuner est mis à disposition devant la porte de l'appartement tous les matins.

Tout était bien mais il s'agit juste de remarques pour une amélioration: Il manquait un peu d'équipements dans la cuisine comme une passoire, des bols, une poêle plus grande. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu léger pour 11 euros par personne Il faudrait pouvoir choisir les éléments du petit-déjeuner, plutôt que de proposer deux possibilités (il y a des choses qu'on ne mange pas dans l'un et qu'on préfère dans l'autre).
