Hotel Franziskaner

When the receptionist / customer service person realised the accommodation wouldn't work for us, they then arranged for us to go to an adjacent hotel (same ownership / management), which was excellent and worked well for us. They tried very hard to make sure we were happy. The restaurant in Franziskaner was excellent. good meal & great service.

The property wasn't correctly described, as it had no lift and not suitable for disabled persons. That wasn't clearly outlined in description. Also, not all rooms have toilet / ensuite in room, having to go outside the room during the night. I would describe the place as not being suitable for older and incapacitated people, who cannot handle stairs and have to use the toilet during the night. If you do not require a lift and don't need to use the toilet at night, it is very good.
