NLDichtbij strand en op korte taxi-afstand van het vliegveld. Handig voor transit.
Niet veel te beleven in directe omgeving. De huizen langs het strand leken een beetje vergane glorie, maar wij waren er maar 1 nacht in mei.

ESLa ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todo tipo de comercios. Se puede ir andando a todos sitios. Está decorado bastante bien.
La tecnología es pésima. El wifi se cortaba a cada rato o directamente no funcionaba. La tv no funcionaba. Varias luces estaban o fundidas o anuladas y las que iban una luz tenue y amarilla en unos techos altísimos. La cisterna del wáter tardaba muchísimo en recargar. El agua caliente tenías que apretar un botón del cuadro eléctrico y a los 20 minutos ya iba. El aire acondicionado caliente hacia que ponerlo a más de 27° para que funcionara a los 15 minutos, sino, no iba. No tuvimos que usar el menaje de cocina pero apenas había para dos personas. No había ni un producto de limpieza. Un estropajo sin jabón. No voy a comprarlo yo para cinco días. Todo muy mejorable. Si corrigen todo esto para hacerlo confortable será un cinco estrellas.

USThe location was close to everything.
The sound in the building was loud when others were up in our apartment or others. The beds were not very comfortable.

They're very strict on their 11am checkout time, so I had to carry 3 bags of luggage all around athens until my 9pm flught. There's a school across the street. So don't think about sleeping in unless it's the weekend.
USWe had the 2 bedroom loft which was spacious and comfortable. Much more room than we anticipated. The outdoor patio is incredible and wraps around the building for more than 3/4 of the building which was extraordinary. You can glimpse the sea from the patio in 2 directions which is fun. We went during low season, so the streets were quiet and beautiful from the patio at night. Everything was comfortable and while the staff is not on site, they were responsive through messaging. Check in and out were easy and great for a one night stay before an early morning flight. The seaside town is quaint and beautiful and we would come back again to explore more!
The only downside was the bathroom was very small and the shower looked like maybe it was the one thing that was not renovated, but it was fine for our one night. Everything else was beyond expectations and wonderful!! Lots of space. Even though we were just a couple, a family would have had a great time there. Also be aware that being on the 3rd floor and the elevator only goes to the 2nd floor, you have to walk your luggage up one flight of stairs.
