Top floor. Front veranda and back patio w great cross breezes and natural light! Wonderful AC in the well lit bedroom w king bed and memory foam mattress. Well appointed kitchen w table and chairs!

Sometimes we had no running water for < 1 hour. This happened several days in a row.

Excellent, friendly and warm staff, great balcony with hammock, quiet, appreciated use of free bikes, loved the A/C in our room (needed!), and super appreciated the ride to the water taxi on our last morning!

The stairs were hard for my elder mom.

Very clean and spacious. Aircon unit in the bedroom is very good. Kitchen was really handy and we made breakfast every morning. Shane and Sara live on site and are really approachable and helpful if needed, but could also go the entire stay without interaction if desired. Private outdoor space with seating and hammock. Location is about 15 minute walk from the split and a little less to the ferry port - close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. Free use of bikes and free drinking water provided. Would gladly stay here again if in Caye Caulker.

A simple thing would be the provision of shower gel or shampoo, though we never asked for these during our stay.. A kettle in the kitchen would have topped things off nicely too. Wasn't an issue for us but the accomodation is up two flights of stairs. This might not be ideal for those with mobility issues.
