"Great place to stay on Caye Caulker."

The property is very well located with bicycles available for free. The kitchen is well equipped and drinking water is provided at no cost. An overall great place to stay and we would not hesitate to return. Shane has been great and very helpful!

Guess if you want meals or breakfast included it can be a minus but in our case we didn't really care about this.

"Relaxing, pleasant, peaceful and friendly."

I cooked my own meals as I have a special diet. The kitchen had all I needed. Happy with everything.

Nothing. I found JMS very homey and comfortable. I enjoyed the companionship of their 2 cats and 1 dog. I enjoyed sitting outside in the tropical garden listening/seeing the bird life. Friendly, warm and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Breakfast is amazing in Caye Caulker. I really loved the iced coffee in La Cubana. The drinks are also good!

Host is extremely nice!! Couldn’t have asked for a better service, helped us with everything we needed A good size apartment , has a full kitchen , would definitely stay here again

The location was great, and the room was spacious. Having a large jug of water in the room was also greatly appreciated.

The Shower water was always warm and after a day in the sun, it would have been nice to have a cold shower. The Seaview room had an odor coming from the bathroom which would spread into the bedroom when the door was left open.

Large guesthouse for 2 persons. Great shower and amazing to have airco with such hot weather.
