Location

- The room key didn’t work in two opportunities, as soon as they gave me the key upon arrival and the second one was yesterday night. It wasn’t good because my room was in the 9th floor and I had to go down and up again. - The shower was too hot. And when you regulate the temperature the water pressure was very low. - The bathroom ventilator didn’t work. - When I arrived I requested an invoice, they made me write my email and yhe tax ID number and said they would send the invoice to my email, it didn’t happen. I checked out today morning and I had to ask again for this and they said that they had issued a different document. After a second call they finally send the invoice.

The staff from the moment I arrived and the people in the kitchen and the people who clean the room all were very accommodating and professional

The room was a little uncomfortable. They need to hire someone who knows how to cook in the kitchen. I ordered a few things but nothing was cooked correctly or tasted great
