"Garage access took too long"

Nothing. The experience was unacceptable.

Very bad experience. I arrived at the hotel with my vehicle, but they did not open the garage door and did not allow me to enter with my car. It is unacceptable to book a hotel and then not be able to access the property. Poor service and very disappointing treatment.
