North Creek Lodge at Gore Mountain

A comfortable ski lodge for a great price minutes from the mountain, and the hearty dinners available in the restaurant were just right after a day on the slopes.

Great place to stay for weekend ski trip to Gore Mountain! Room was good size for family of 4. Restaurants/Bar at location good for dinner after a day of skiing. Owner was very friendly and provided great hospitality!

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Beds were a bit too firm for me, but did the job. Only 5min drive to Gore mt and about 10ish min to the town of North Creek. Also only 15min to snowmobiling tours. Great location!! I'd stay here again

Nice and cozy

Very dirty. Bedsheets were not washed prior to arrival. We found hair all over the sheets and pillows. This lodge does not clean their rooms.

The place was very cute! But we were very disappointed. The place was filthy and beat up. I understand the place is supposed to be rustic but one thing is being Rustic and another is being clean and well maintained! The tub where we have to shower it was dirty and the toilet was terrible. Can’t even tell you about the sink. It was clogged and we needed to wait for the water to go down.

Service was wonderfully accommodating. Room was as described. Clean and tidy. Having a bar restaurant in close vicinity to your room is a bonus. We would stay again on our next ADK trip.

There were extension cords all over the room, not enough outlets. Both TV remotes had no batteries in them and we couldn’t change the channel. The flooring was not done correctly in the room. Could not adjust the heat.

This place feels very outdated and not particularly clean. After washing my hair, I realized they don’t provide a hairdryer—and with long hair, it takes hours to dry on its own. They also set the thermostat to just 65 degrees at night, and when I tried to turn it up, it didn’t work. With temperatures dropping to -5°F outside, it was uncomfortably cold. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Expedia site said dinning was open on property on Sunday. A main reason we booked it. Only to find out it’s closed. Got snotty attitude when we asked about it. If I could have cancelled my reservation that night I would have. Had to drive 10 miles out of town to find a place to eat. Room is a dump. Beds are aweful. Pipes keep banging all night from heat and water being used. Overall terrible experience.
