It's clean and comfortable. The narrow space was no problem. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

Very unclean. The room smelt so badly of cigarettes even though it’s meant to be a ‘none smoking room’. No hot water in shower. Don’t like to leave negative reviews but we haven’t stayed in a hotel this bad in South East Asia yet.

the room was very large and comfortable to stay in with everything we needed included. everything was clean and the bathroom included shampoo and shower gel and bidet so it was convenient to use. the staff were also very friendly and helpful!

not sure whether it is the same for all rooms but our room had a bathroom that wasn’t fully enclosed, which made it a little uncomfortable because you could hear everything. also the hot water didn’t work very well - although admittedly, jakarta was hot enough that it didn’t matter too much!
