"Great location but this is an old building and the room is located on the ground floor with a window that cannot be open"

I liked the location.

There was no window that could be opened, so I couldn’t air the room out. The room was damp. When I arrived the floor was slightly wet and it never dried. There seems to be a problem with mold in the room as well.
