VENTINOVE Apartments

The apartment was spacious, clean, and overall very nice. We especially enjoyed the small external patio — it was a real pleasure to sit there and relax. Communication with the host was excellent, and any issues we encountered were resolved promptly and efficiently. A very pleasant stay overall!

Great location, very easy to access the history old town. Comms with host was good. Apartment fine, good value for money. Slight criticism, there was no soap in bathroom dispenser (probably an oversight) but also no shampoo or shower soap which is pretty standard nowadays. Still recommend for a short stop over in Otranto.

Honestly, this apartment was a bit disapointing. All remarks in the reviews are valid, the smell, the noise, unstable wifi and the required steps and hurdles to enter the apartment or the terras. I would not use the term "misleading", but at least is was a deception, due to the pile of inconveniences. The rating is a 4: 1 point for the flexible (earlier) check-in, 1 point for the responsiveness of the staff, 1 point for the shower (if you continuously connect power, you are rewarded with a hot shower) and finally 1 point for the coffees that we could make in the morning.

Great apartment very conveniently located near the castle - 100 meters. The accommodation was spotless, with a small kitchen, fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable

Good location, quiet area, close to the old city center. The apartment was clean

The apartment was not cozy and very sparsely decorated so we didn’t enjoy hanging out in the apartment and the limited furniture made the acoustics in the apartment bad. We asked for 2 additional bed sheets so we didn’t have to share the double bed sheet provided as we were a group of 4 friends traveling but this request was ignored.

The facilities was great in a fully renovated biulding, and the location in center of town could not been better, same with the host Oscar, there met us on time.
