信價比很高、房客有問題房主都會即時回應。附近有札幌市電，交通算方便 屋內清潔度也ok，基本上沒有什麼可挑剔的

離最近的便利商店要走10分鐘，稍微有點不方便，半夜若要吃東西建議先從市區買回來，也可以自己煮，屋主準備的料理器具算齊全

"総合的には良かったです！"

交通機関へのアクセスが良かったのと、暗証番号タイプなので、鍵を無くす心配がなかった。

他の宿泊者で、朝入口前で数名で喫煙されていた為、非喫煙者としては不快でした。 あと、パジャマやルームウェアの類いが、準備されていると思って持参しなかったので、あるともっと良かったです。(個人的な意見ですが)
