Everything is bad

Order online didn't tell customer without windows.. when arrive and ask counter to change the room with window but the counter say can't change... this is very bad counter service for me.. another hotel or inn can process to change the room but this inn very very bad service for all... NEVER booking this NICE STAY again anymore

Near the Sibu night market, wet market and it is easy to walk around the Sibu town also get a nice food

The room was small and had a bad smell. It smells like a smoke from cigarettes. Maybe the previous person who stayed there smoking inside the room. Television channels at least can be upgraded to a variety channel.
