Hotel muy recomendable por instalaciones y ubicación. Tiene todas las comodidades para pasar una buena estancia y además se encuentra en una zona con muchos servicios, pudiendo ir caminando a casi cualquier parte en poco tiempo.

La habitación no tenía terraza y las vistas no eran las mejores, pero aún así merece la pena.

The hotel is near to many markets around the old town . Very clean and comfortable. But the main thing is the amazing hotel staff : tukta ,tippy, tamm,dragon , are very helpful, and warm people definitely the best asset of the hotel.

Bij aankomst kregen we te horen dat we een upgrade kregen naar een grotere kamer. De kamer was zeer mooi en fris, daarnaast een zeer fijne douche. Het is een a-la-carte ontbijt met een wisselende menukaart. Wij hebben het zo fijn gehad dat we enkele dagen later nog een nacht hebben geboekt.

Als we dan toch iets moeten benoemen dan is dat het zwembad wat warm was. Ik vond dat prettig, mijn partner minder.

We found the hotel well situated to the old city, which we could access with a 2 minute walk across the road. Though the thing that stood out most to us wasn’t the location, or the amazing pool and breakfast, but the staff. They were second to none in our experience and helped us every step of the way. So kind and friendly, I genuinely don’t know if I’ll have another hotel experience with that level of customer service again.
