Castello Luxury Residence with Private Jacuzzi

This property is so nice. I can't really fault it. The decor is lovely and modern. They have everything you could possibly need and were even kind enough to leave us basic necessities and extra little bits for snacks and in the fridge! It was closer than I thought to the venetian harbour and all the shops and restaurants. The convenience was unreal. The beds and showers etc were lovely. It was such a comfortable stay for us. Each room had a control for air conditioning so there was no need to argue about thw right temperature! Loved it and would happily stay again.

We had showers then went to the jacuzzi. Not sure if we used up a lot of hot water as the jacuzzi didn't get super hot. This wasn't a big deal as it was warm in the evening and we'd all washed our hair before getting in so that probably didn't help! The rooftop terrace with the apartment is a really lovely touch and so peaceful just chill in.

Super slow WiFi. We could not reach the owner/manager. We tried calling, emailing, and texting. That’s not acceptable.

Central location to old town with parking.

Mattress was a little on the firm side.

the host was nice, helpful and friendly. she filled the fridge with oranges and other nice stuff. the house was newly decorated. there were 3 rooms: 2 doubles and 1 single bed one. nice veranda.

we went in the upper room which is a double one but the space and the bed were really tiny i think like 2.5 x3meters. probably should be more a single bed room than a double one. apart from that all was ok.

Everything! It was perfect. I travel frequently and this is by far the best rental property I have ever stayed in. I can’t stop raving about it!!!

I loved everything.

Beautifully decorated and clean apartment, truly felt luxurious. Location was perfect, so easy to walk to all the attractions in old town but also wasn't too loud. Balcony area was a great escape. We got to Chania much later than expected around midnight but the host was very accommodating to this and still gave us a tour around midnight. She was very easy to reach the entire trip.

I think the locals living on the street were displeased with the parking cones, that was a little awkward.

Beautiful house, modern amenities, location steps from the heart of Old Town, provided with everything you may need for your stay including coffee, wine, fruits, detergent and softener, beach towels.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The AC stopped working during our stay but they sent someone to work on it immediately.
