Super emplacement Le kit d’accueil avec torchon, éponge, café

Les escaliers pour aller à l’étage sont très étroits et hauts, ne convient pas à tout le monde Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de porte à la chambre permettant d’isoler de la salle de bain et du salon

"Appartement beaucoup trop onéreux compte-tenu des prestations"

Emplacement très central

Le canapé-lit n’est pas du tout confortable. Cet appartement est uniquement adapté à 2 personnes. Le ménage était minimal, nous avons retrouvé des boîtes de nourritures derrière le canapé et des cafards sans vie sous l’évier à notre arrivée dans l’appartement…

"Perfect for a week stay in beautiful Palma"

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Location was perfect in relation to the Old Town and public transport. Staff were very helpful when we visited the office. The information given in the description was great as the stairs were fairly steep.

The TV didn't work and we would expect everything to work when we arrive.

La amabilidad de los propietarios, el apartamento en si y la ubicación.

No se puede mejorar. Las escaleras, por el tipo de edificaciones de la zona, tienen muchísima pendiente. En mi caso particular, tercer piso, con mi marido convaleciente de una intervención quirúrgica, subir equipaje y compras fue algo complicado. También es verdad que yo no solicité ayuda.

Great location. Great host and very responsive. They were on call an helpful with our requests.

The internet is almost not possible to use. The WiFi - though acceptable speed - drops constantly and also (when it works) it has one or two places in the apartment where you actually have coverage.
