Staff is very friendly, cute arrangement with all the sofas and hammocks.

Pool was dirty, I understand that it may rain but a green „ornament” around - it is not happening overnight. Music after 11 pm is a misunderstanding, there even was no special event. We had an early morning and the breakfast was supposed to start 7:30, but 7:40 they guy took his bike and went to the shop to buy some food ? So we ate in rush and had to leave. Bathroom need some deep cleaning, not renovation.

The bathroom looked great after 4 days in a jungle lodge. :D It is very close to the main square and the port. Restaurants, mini markets are nearby. The pool is nice and refreshing (but not super clean).

The Staff were friendly and the design of the space was nice. Pool looked good. Bagged breakfast provided for early flight (although allergies were forgotten but mistakes happen)

Sadly absolutely zero privacy, this didn't feel like a hotel but rather a hostel. No roof to the rooms which means you can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring room. No roof to the toilet either so you can actually hear your neighbors using that as well. Just mosquito nets to the corridor in front of the room so you can hear everything in the common area. Rock hard beds. This was the most expensive accommodation during our stay in Peru and sadly didn't live up to the price.

Really nicely designed, rooms comfortable and quite a good location.

The open half walls between the rooms were a bit of a problem for noise if your neighbours were loudly scrolling on TikTok all night. The staff weren’t very helpful (except for Peter who was exceptional and very kind).

Bien que l'hôtel dispose d'un excellent potentiel, j'ai été surpris et déçu par les points suivants : - les murs de la chambre de montaient pas jusqu'au plafond. Par conséquent, j'ai été gêné par la lumière et les conversations tardives des occupants des chambres d'à-côté. Par ailleurs, difficile de préserver son intimité dans une telle configuration. Tout est audible. - pas de fenêtre mais une moustiquaire séparant la chambre du patio devant les chambres simplement recouverte par un rideau non opaque. Par conséquent, j'ai été dérangé par les conversations tardives des personnes sur le patio. Quand la lumière de ma chambre était allumée, il était possible de voir clairement à l'intérieur. - pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. Lorsque je l'ai signalé le lendemain lors du petit-déjeuner, mon interlocuteur m'a répondu "ah je ne sais pas, je n'utilise pas l'eau chaude moi". L'hôtel sinon est bien placé, près de la place principale et à proximité de plusieurs restaurants.
