Aussergewöhnliches Haus an einem aussergewöhnlichen Ort. Am Strand 10 verschiedene Limikolenarten... Einfach ein Sehnsuchtsort!

- Handhandtuch im Bad, trotz nicht gebuchte Bettwäsche - urige Unterkunft, sehr süß, fast wie ein Museum, das Haus ist alt=es knarzt, die Deckenhöhe und Türstöcke sind niedrig, die Treppe sehr steil - man ist sehr abgeschieden, viele Vögel vor dem Haus im Mai - viele (~4) zusätzliche Matratzen - man hat ein Haus für sich - eine Art Backofen/Mikrowelle mit 2 Herdplatten drauf ist vorhanden - ausziehbare Couch (>200cm lang) - Im Mai war die Wärme im Haus ausreichend, je nach Zimmer aber aufgrund einzelner elektrischer Heizungen unterschiedlich

- keine Dusche - recht teuer, Bettwäsche kostet zusätzlich - die Betten bzw. Eine Art Sofa, bis auf die ausziehbare Couch, sind kurz (~ 180cm) - Nur kaltes Wasser im ganzen Haus

A FUIR !! Ne correspond pas au descriptif de booking. Ce "cottage" est en fait une cabane en tôle et planches de bois. Plafond très bas et dangereux. Exiguë, inconfortable, Pas de salle de bain. . Tout est vieillot, rudimentaire et bricolé ! PAS D'ÉQUIPEMENT D EAU CHAUDE !! Inadmissible a ce tarif -(.plus un supplément de 90- euros pour les draps !) Je suis un fidèle client GENIUS désagréablement surpris. Je peux vous envoyer d'autres photos pour confirmer ma déception . Je vous conseille de retirer cet établissement de vos offres.

The setting of this cottage is stunning. Very rustic. With sheep all round. The bed is comfortable. Shower is hot. Very quiet surrounding

Wifi was on the bunkbed high up or outside . The heater was not on. When we got there. Over time. It heated up the cottage

The location was amazing.

For such an expensive accomodation it is shocking that bed sheets are at an extra charge and there is an applicable cleaning fee if the cottage was not cleaned. Definitely paid for the view not the accomodations.

The house is next to arctic tern nesting lands so arriving and going out wasn’t possible without birds “attacking” Long drive on unpaved roads to get there.

Przyjeżdżaliśmy dość późno. Bałam się, że będziemy po 22.00, więc kontaktowałam się z obiektem. Odpowiedź szybka. Jednak dowiedziałam się, że recepcja jest otwarta tylko do 21.00 (w ofercie do 22.00). Na szczęście zdążyliśmy. Spaliśmy w pięknym wolnostojącym domku mającym ponad 100 lat. Cudowna atmosfera, dobrze wyposażone pokoje i kuchnia z jadalnią. Było ciepło, łóżka wygodne. Na dole była 1 sypialnia, na strychu dwa pomieszczenia z łóżkami (wejście stromymi schodami). Stare meble tworzyły fajny klimat. No i owieczki, które przychodziły się pogłaskać :) Plaża tuż obok. Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje do wypoczynku sklepów, knajpek i cywilizacji to nie miejsce dla niego. Ale do spokojnego, niespiesznego relaksu i podziwiania przyrody jak najbardziej. Podobno to doskonałe miejsce dla osób lubiących obserwować ptaki.

Dużym zaskoczeniem był fakt, że w domku... nie było ciepłej wody!!! W ofercie jest informacja o 'prywatnej łazience", nie ma zawartego szczegółu, że jest tam jedynie toaleta i umywalka z zimną wodą. Prysznic był dostępny przy recepcji w innym budynku (czynny do 21.00, a następnego dnia wcale, bo właściciele gdzieś wyjeżdżali). Po całym dniu w podróży spodziewaliśmy się czegoś innego.

The perfect place if you are looking for peace and quiet with some friendly sheep and a fluffy dog who liked belly rubs. Our cottage had a little corner in front of the house where we enjoyed the sun without being exposed to the wind. It was furnitured like in the middle of last century which is a highlight itself. All clean and equipped with everything you need. 45minutes by car to a beautiful Puffin watching spot. 4 minutes walk to the beautiful lonely beach. Would definitely come back :). Be aware that after leaving the ring road, you will find some long stretches gravel road, but 4wheel drive is not required to reach this perfect spot!
