"The place lacks maintenance, cleaning and attention to details. We didn’t feel safe to use the pool due to lack of clean"

The AC was the only thing that we actually enjoyed during our stay.

The place is outdated and needs to be scrubbed top to bottom. They might want to use a maintenance service.
