"NOT a Premier Lodge."

2.0

Upon arrival: There is no security gate, mereley a motorized gate that is broken and you have to manually pull the gate open. Got into the enormous dark room: - bed lamps not working, - shower damming up, - windows that cannot open, - no bathroom mirror in front of the basin. Not at all a welcoming experiencing. The room was dark, and tried to spend as little time there. There was also no-one to assist when checking out. We just left the key on the reception desk. No security, as the security gate can just be pulled open. Buildings look tathered, beautiful gardens but that is it. Definetly not a premier lodge, merely poorly decorated rooms with lamps that doesn't work, not a home-like experience at all (which is what you’d expect when travellig). Definitely won’t visit again.

"Very poor service"

2.0

No reception to meet you, have to walk through the place looking for some one to assist. The room is very spacious but the television is not working, no extra plugs to charge ones phones. No plugs for the lamps to use next to the bed. No beverages available. Leaking as soon as the rain started.

"No warm water in sub zero temperature ?"

4.0

The most important factors when sleeping out on a long journey is : a Comfortable clean bed and a clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. The Premier Times lodge failed horribly in the bathroom category : 1. No hot water 2. No soap holder in shower 3. Shower head also sprayed water upwards towards the roof onto the toilet. The bed was fine but one bed lamp was broken and did not work. To boil water the kettle had to stand on the floor. This is not a three star rating facility at the moment.

"Horrible, don't stay there."

2.0

Bad place to stay. Don't feel comfortable and it's a dodgy place. The place is not rounded off and do not make you feel homey. Reception was terrible, there is one old desk that looks 100 years old with a durty couch that no one would sit on.

"A visit to HELL"

2.0

This must be one of the worst accommodation establishments in the world. It is downright disgusting. The only positive is the receptionist tried her best, but when there is nothing to offer, all her goodwill amounts to nothing. My wife, daughter and granddaughter and I stayed there. There was no bedside light. There was no door handle, the plugs were a hornets nest of entangled wire. No mirror in the bathroom. No bathroom door. The kitchen was disgusting. DO NOT eat there unless you are horribly constipated. I do not know how they get a three star rating. Just the worst, a place to be avoided at all cost.

"Find another place if possible"

2.0

I prefer to start with the positive... mmmm sorry, nothing. Perhaps it was a blue Monday for them? *We arrived after a 12 hour car trip at 17h30. The person at reception asked us to take a seat (sure after 12 hours in the car) as our rooms were not ready. *Bedside and bathroom lights not working in our room *Towels have holes in them (I will attached photos as soon as I have downloaded them from camera) *kettle in room - lid broken, exposed electrical cables - must plug in BELOW dresser, on floor *once you find the shower in the dark - beware of flooding as the drain is blocked. * breakfast opens earliest at 07h15 (I must add that they put out cereals with milk and yogurt for us at 06h30!!) *apparently secure parking (a request from us before the booking) - the gate motors don't work, so the gate can / must be manually opened. We had to wake the security guard when we wanted to leave as a late arriving guest had been allowed to park in front of the exit gate. *the 'parking' is a drive through area - making it very tight for larger vehicles to enter and exit. Rooms were spacious enough! find alternative accommodation if at all possible
