We recently spent a delightful vacation in Anna's Croatia, staying at a spacious and well-appointed apartment that exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment itself was roomy and clean, boasting two bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with a modern oven and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The air conditioning kept us cool during the warm days, and we enjoyed watching shows on the huge television. The internet worked flawlessly, which was a great bonus. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden, a serene oasis perfect for relaxation. The jacuzzi was meticulously maintained and provided a luxurious touch to our stay. Although the beach was a 10-minute walk away, the stairs were manageable even with our children, and the picturesque surroundings made the walk enjoyable. The neighborhood was charming and offered breathtaking views. Additionally, the location was incredibly convenient with a nearby bus stop that provided easy access to Dubrovnik and Cavtat, from where we enjoyed a fantastic boat trip. Our host was exceptionally kind and accommodating, even welcoming us warmly late at night upon our arrival. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. The accommodation was large and well-equipped, and the yard was especially large. The host was also friendly and proactively responded to our requests.

It was a bit far from the old town, so I took a taxi to get there, but I didn't think it would be inconvenient because I made the reservation with enough consideration from the beginning.

Lovely property with everything you need. Spotlessly clean and tidy with beautiful garden set in a quiet area although nearby to a main road . Excellent helpful hosts close by

There is a lot of very steep stairs to the beach it’s quite a trek so we used local taxis to visit various nearby islands

Location: It is located away from the main road. Therefore it is very quiet. Great if you have babies or small children. There is a restaurant nearby if you want and a Studenac store within walking distance. Great for a beer run. Parking: When you arrive at the property: There are 3 parking slots for guests. The parking is on the side of the stream on the driveway. The house is located up the driveway and up the stairs. House: Amazing! It's huge! It has 3 bedrooms and one toilet/bath for each floor. One bedroom in the first floor adjacent to the kitchen/dining with AC inside. AC is also available for the kitchen/dining and another one for the living room. the living room has a huge tv with satellite channels. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom between them. Unfortunately the AC in the 2nd floor is not inside the rooms but on the hallway. You can turn it on and sleep with the doors open. It'll cool down quickly! The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to cook all food we wanted! The back has a grill area, huge dining table, jacuzzi and some chairs for relaxing. The backyard is huge is great to have lunch and dinner during the summer. The beach is just a walking distance, but if you have children the owner recommended to go to Kupari for the sand beach. My son had a great time in this house and we almost felt sad we had to go back to our city apartment. It made our vacation very relaxing and enjoyable. If you are considering this property. Book it already! You won't regret it!

It was home from home! It had everything a house should have to make life comfortable. Kitchen was amazing as was the huge garden (including hot tub, trampoline and bbq). Nina our host was exceptionally helpful

We loved everything about Ana's house! It was one of the best accomodations we've stayed in the world. Sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable, two toilets, two showers, washer with detergent provided, kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook, delicious coffee that they provided for all of our stay, clean hot tub, play area for the kids outside (with trampoline, orchard with different fruit trees, toys), grill area etc. It's only 15 minutes away from Dubrovnik by bus (number 10, you walk about 5 min to the bus station and buy tickets from the driver), regular taxi (20 euros), or water taxi (a bit expensive, unfortunately). The little town Ana's house is in, Mlini is amazing for little kids. We found 3 playgrounds by the sea, one of which was a natural play area. If we ever go back to the Dubrovnik riviera, we will absolutely stay in Ana's house again. Her and her family were amazing hosts and although they live next door and are always available for any questions or requests, we never felt like we didn't have privacy.

Nothing that the host can do about, but there are a lot of mosquitoes in the garden. Bring good quality spray.

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids, and very much enjoyed this place! Lots of space on the inside and especially in the backyard. The bedroom on the ground floor has its separate shower and restroom, which was perfect for the grandparents traveling with us. The kitchen, just like the rest of the house, is well-equipped and in good condition. The backyard is indeed a little paradise with its jacuzzi, sun loungers, BBQ grill, and trampolin... not to forget the mountain view. The 10 minute hike (rather 15 minutes with kids) down the stairs to the harbor, beaches, and restaurants/bars of Mlini is absolutely doable for people without walking limitations, but we counted 200 stairs that need to be climbed down and up again - that was our daily workout ;) Last but not least, the host was super-friendly and committed to making our stay a good time.

It is worth mentioning that the main road is not too far away. Some street noise is recognizable, especially during rush hours during the week. But this was definitely not a big issue for us.
