The location is ideal for all the eateries around the area as well as a direct access point to public transportation to up town Charlotte

The room was a bit to small and had no was clothes in the room as well as trash cans. I started the week off with only a half roll of tissue and when I asked the front desk clerk could they issue me another roll the clerk declined. Also this room was very active with roaches... I mean there were dead ones in the microwave and inside of the dresser.

Office hours are inconvenient for people that work due to business hours. They take lunches from like 1 to 4 only open 11 to 7 so when are y'all actually working? Never answers phone just ghetto and unprofessional.

Location privacy quiet. Could use a little more work. However the upgrades are great. Needs more help far as staff during hours of operation.
