This hotel is under new management and this place was great. This hotel was nothing like the reviews stated. It was very clean and nice, inside and out. Great location, very quiet. Staff was kind and friendly. The young Lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional.

The only thing I didn't like, well there were 2 things. The door on the fridge, didn't want to stay closed, and the shower never really got hot, lukewarm at best. To be clear, they were minor issues. This hotel is waaaaay better than it used to be. No bugs at all, no suspicious activity at all in su

We like the location in the northern part of Charlotte NC.

Staff was very unprofessional and they don't adhere to policies rules and regulations but tend to enforce the ones they want.
