Die Lage zur Stadt und zum Schloß unschlagbar. Das Appartement ist niedlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, man fühlt sich dort wohl.

Bei Übernahme nach 15 Uhr war noch keine Reinigung / Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher erfolgt. War unangenehm. Telefonat mit MA verlief nicht optimal. Am Abend war alles tip top. Danke dafür. Aber für den Übernachtungspreis...

Я не первый раз останавливаюсь в этих апартаментах но те проблемы которые существуют они не изменяются. Во-первых это ИНТЕРНЕТ это просто ужас его просто нет иногда появляется потом исчезает.Не раз об этом говорил администрации но ноль реакции и приходилось каждый раз на свой мобильный оператор надеятся где я тратил не малые деньги. Во-вторых нет кондиционера и очень не комфортно. Открываешь окно залетают осы комары и различные твари хотя бы москитные сетки установили бы. В-третьих вечная проблема душа. Не работают или в неисправности душевая лейка. Нет шампуней в душевых они пустые (возможно персонал который убирают комнаты или присваивают или забывают добавлять). Персонал и руководство отеля это катастрофа. Я считаю было бы хорошо если их деятельностью заинтересовались определенные государственные органы и провели проверку. В некоторых номерах нет стиральных машин и приходится спускаться на первый этаж где стиральная машинка стоит безобразная которая испортила мне новые купленные майки от адидас. Нет лифта. Въезд во двор это отдельная история. Нужно помучатся что бы заехать на машине и не потереть стены здания. Цена за апартаменты очень дорогие за эти цены в любом мегаполисах Европы можно снять хорошие номера в отелях. Единственный плюс это местоположение.

Die Lage war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war sauber und geräumig

Die Einrichtung wirkte eher fürs Foto gemacht als dass sie pragmatisch war. Zwar waren sechs Stühle vorhanden, aber nur Geschirr für vier Personen. Es gab keinen Backofen und das Sofa war so klein, dass es für Erwachsene nicht geeignet war.

Die Lage war perfekt. Balkon nett Parksituation im Hof gut

Einfahrt Hof um großes Auto zu parken schlecht geeignet 😂 Es hätte sauberer sein können. Zu wenig Handtücher Küche mit Geschirr könnte teilweise erneut werden und ausreichender sein

Zweites Doppelbett in offener Galerie, Unmöglichkeit, die Terrasse mittags oder abends bei Hitze wegen fehlendem Sonnenschirm zu benutzen

- die Zimmer waren sauber, hell und in einem sehr guten Zustand; - Kontakt auch verspätet erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit; - in wenigen Fußminuten ist Sanssouci und das Stadtzentrum erreichbar

- etliche Kleinigkeiten (Duschschlauch zog sich aus der Brause; Duschhalterung defekt; kein Verschluß in der Spüle; Küchenutensilien nicht zu üppig falls jmd Bedarf hat), die leicht zu verbessern wären ... - ein Hinweis darauf, dass der Eingang nochmal hinter dem Hintereingang ist
