no breakfast - location is good in the terminal - but from terminal one to the location still need apply visa even only for transit purpose so is a bit troublesome actually.

queing public shower, toilet - noise from the neighbours doing their luggage things in the rooms even the rules already mentioned about this to be done at corridor outside the rules. the staff a bit not friendly - is very robotic - they have teas and amenities but seemed no one really care to explained mentioned - they expect guests to understand is availble for guests benefits - even is capsule hotel but still you are in SERVICE industry and hospitality - i hope you all can improve and understand this better -

空港直結なので移動時間を心配しなくて良い。 とても清潔、日本語が話せるスタッフの方が居る。 アイマスクが貰えたのもリラックスできて良かった。

全くもって施設が悪い訳ではないが、早い時間から周りが騒がしく早起きを強要させられた。 そこを理解した上で使えば良くない点は一切ない。

地點很方便，床位大小也比想像中再大一點，算蠻寬裕的。床墊也很舒適，浴室與廁所也乾淨。這次的室友們也都很好，沒有過度吵鬧的問題。在入住之前就先看過別人的評論，會常聽到有人出入或是在外整理東西的聲音，所以在此就先自備好耳塞，櫃檯也有３Ｍ的耳塞可以拿取。

這次入住床位是在上層，爬的時候要注意安全，有點不好爬。

最高の居心地。ベッドも枕も布団もフカフカ。清潔で、よく寝れる。

ロケーションが最高に良くて決めたのですが、5Fへの行き方がわからず長時間彷徨う。荷物を預けたら、帰りに取りに行くのにまた彷徨う。そもそもHPに場所が書いてないので、空港内のどこにあるのか・ターミナルはどちらか？を、AIに聞いてわかりました。 なにか、サイトに行き方的な地図を載せてくれてると非常に有難い。問い合わせとか、こないのだろうか。
