Location is amazing. Its right in the middle of the old city on a hill. So you have great views. They also have a roof top terrace which makes the view even better. It is in a quite little street up the hill but a short walk will land you right in the middle of all the action so that is amazing. it seemed to be run by a family so it had a nicely homely cosey feel to it. They have functional heaters and air conditioners in the entire property so you will be comfortable at all times. They make a small breakfast every morning for a fee which is pretty decent. You can also make your own tea and coffee in the pantry. Some guests even did their own cooking. The rooms come with lockers too. They had a wine tasting tour closer to the end of my stay which was the best and the highlight of my trip to Georgia! It was a small group so more personalized attention as well.

The facility really needs a major upgrade. The beds were small. The bunk beds don't have curtains so there is no privacy. The blanket provided was also a little small. To be fair I did not ask for my blanket to be replaced so there is that. The bathrooms don't come with Bidet or a muslim shower (bum gun). There is only toilet paper provided. I think for proper hygiene there should be either Bidet or bum gun. Its important. The showers had hot and cold water.

I loved the Place, it is just in the middle of the old city, on a CALM cliff , nearby everything! has an amazing view where you can see all tbilisi. The staff are super amazing and helpful ❤️
