Posizione centralissima, reception aperta fino alle 24.00. La camera é pulita. C'era una comoda cucina e il bagno é condiviso solo fra due camere

La camera era molto fredda. Hanno lasciato una stufetta che però non bastava a scaldare l'ambiente

Where do I begin,u cant check in unto 2pm.no exceptions..thry clone office isnt open which is hard to believe..not even 10mins before..its very cold and I ask for another heater and got no response, dont stay there if its cold..they provide a small space heater, if I knew that I wouldn't never booked it..I had to stay longer bc I was on my way to brazil and needed a visa, the night I got my e visa ask if they could under these circumstances refund me TEHY SAID ABOSUTLY NOT..when u was leaving checking out the day before I my check bc I got a flight, I met a lady at thr door that works there and I told her about the small space heater her response was the other didnt have a problem that stayed there..that was inconsiderate and what does that have to do with me and now it was cold out,maybe when he was there it wasn't that cold..she asked are u chwcking out insaud i am but keep my room if i have flight delays bc i paid for that day bc ahe ststed.she would rent it..smh.I stay in aribmb and booking all over every month and all of my reviews are great but this one here with not trying to even hear my responses upset me..also u cant eat in thr room so when u go to the restroom or kitchen wear a winter jacket no heat at all..if u want at nice place and hist that allowed bbe to chwck out at 2 the day prior stay at allianca 1909

Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicacion, esta cerca de todo y en muy buena zona. Ademas, aunque el baño fuese compartido nunca hubo problema con ello

El hombre que nos recibio no fue muy agradable, picamos en la recepcion 5 minutos antes del check in porque estaba diluviando y hasya que no fueron las 14 en punto no nos quiso abrir, ese gesto hizo que nos llevasemos una mala impresion
