Mooie wellness lodge in zeer goede staat met alle voorzieningen ( whirlpool, sauna en sunshower). Het park is goed onderhouden.

Beautiful houses, at first glance. Until you discover what is missing

- No soap anywhere; shower, bathroom sink, toilet, dishes. No shampoo. Not even a tiny handsoap. Wasn't communicated to bring our own soap (it's a hotel after all, that would be a first for me on booking.com, and for this insane price the least you expect is a tiny piece of soap). - A coffee machine but no coffee! Zero. - Sauna didn't work, whatever we tried. - Heater didn't work, whatever we tried. So we showered with our own toothpaste (yup) and left cold, and uncaffeinated and without having been able to try the sauna we paid for. For this price and the very much not implicit communication (whatsoever) about the soap and coffee, this turned into the hands down worst experience I had on booking.com.
