We enjoyed our stay. Very comfy and clean. Room was a bit small.

Room was a bit small, otherwise it was great. Food in restaurant very good, also.

Location and cleanliness.

Very difficult for an older person to get luggage up and down stairs and no fridge which seems to be a common issue in French hotels. The bathroom was so small that I could place my elbows on each side of the walls and I am an average sized women. Not enough English speaking programmes available on the TV.

The location is excellent directly across the road from the Cathedral and an easy walk to the main street. I loved the deco of my room, the vibrant wallpaper, and the original stonewall in the bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definelty book again.

Los accesos a las habitaciones, muy incomodos y sin posibilidad de acceso en ascensor

No me aloje debido a una situación de fuerza mayor que pasó en mi viaje y tuve que cancelar todo mi viaje, gracias al equipo del hotel que comprendieron mi situación y que me dieron con tan poca antelación y podían haberla rechazado la cancelación gratuita tras estudiar mi caso, no dudaría en alojarme en este establecimiento si fuera a Normandía por su trato excepcional y humano.
