Sicuramente la posizione, ma la struttura di per sé, per quanto caratteristica non è ben tenuta. Muffa visibile e percepibile, polvere sulle superfici e arredamenti e accessori tenuti male.

La struttura si trova in una posizione stupenda, con una meravigliosa vista sui sassi di Matera, godibile sia di giorno che di notte

La struttura è molto ben tenuta, solo la doccia non si riesce a chiudere benissimo, quindi si rischia di bagnare un po' per terra

A great location, the hostess was extremely friendly and supportive! The room had all the necessary utilities - towels, toilet paper, shower gel, even pans, utensils a stove, an electric jug and a coffee machine with coffee provided! Excellent for a relaxing stay!
