"Beautiful house, not fully cleaned!"

The house was beautiful, Location was great, amenities were great, I like that they provided the baby stuff I requested. I like that it was gated and had 24/7 security. I loved both the private pool and the community pool area.

I normally only choose properties managed by Casiola because they are really clean and comfortable. This time was slightly different. The house felt as if it had been cleaned but it had been a while since anyone was in there, unless it just hadn’t been cleaned. The floors hadn’t been swept, the carpets were not vacuumed, the hand rail felt dirty and sticky. It just wasn’t properly cleaned for me. Other than that the mattresses were absolutely hard and the baby high chair was nasty it had baby food all over it, it hadn’t been cleaned! So I’m not sure what happened with this stay but definitely not what I’m used to from Casiola.

Lovely, spacious property. Kids loved the themed rooms. Communal pool area was lovely.

Wasn’t particularly clean - very dusty in places but otherwise fine. Wasn’t worth contacting the hosts about as we were out and about every day.

It was very nice we loved it the only thing that we don’t like was The parking spaces in the town home we got the pool they didn’t have no light but everything else was beautiful and clean

House was roomy, there was a bathroom in every room except for the 2 smallest rooms, but there were 5 bathrooms in total, including pool area. Awesome space and loft! Water park was excellent, my kids and family enjoyed it. Would love to stay here again.

The iron was old and the burn was a strong smell, nearly stained clothes. Had to buy new iron. More wash rags should be on site. There Was a smell of pets when we first arrived, but of course that's not the fault of the property, the place was cleaned twice before arrival.

Our pool did not work, the couch was broken so we did not have enough room for all of us to sit, there are HUGE ant hills and ants everywhere. The staff are friendly, but don’t speak a lick of English. Seriously, look somewhere else. There are lots of options in that area. We were very very disappointed
