Excellent staff. Good facilities. Very clean. Felt very safe, even as a lone traveller

Brilliant service orientation from employees in the reception, housekeeping, room attendant, security, and kitchen. They make you feel like a VIP. The hotel is new and modern with pools and gym. Thank you Sotogrande! Hope the service standard will be maintained over the coming years. More power and kudos!

The best service I have ever got. The receptionists were always welcoming with a big smile and some kind words. The securities were friendly and overall all of the staff we met. The hotel was opened in a very difficult time due the covid outbreak so not everything is perfect I won't lie. But the imperfections are only like the paint job on the wall and some kind of odour smell. At least in our room. But by the quality of service I forgive everything. I really felt like I'm a VIP person.

It's near SM mall so it's really convenient for food and shopping :)
